Yoga baby

Greta and I went to a "baby and me" yoga class yesterday at our new favorite studio less than a mile from our home. She loved it! It's a great way to connect with baby in a different way and the environment seems to really relax her.

Daddy was out of town this weekend, but next week Daddy will join us in class and we will continue to go with Greta on a weekly basis as part of our "family time" together.

What do others (with or without children) do on a weekly basis with their loved ones? Does anyone have a standing date or a family only nite? Curious to see what others are doing...

Jenn,
Yoga is great on many levels. Kenzie and I do yoga together on Saturdays, it is great "bonding" time. Additionally, since Zachary is now 18 and going off soon to University, we have family dinner night 3x/week. Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. It just helps us all stay connected. It's soooo important that you put these things in place now. You have a great life with a wonderful family. Your committment to them really shows. I am sooo happy for you. Hugs, Amy

I know tomorrow is gonna be one of the hardest days of your life. You are in my thoughts and prayers. You love your little girl and she knows it. Only time will tell what the right course is for you and your family. Keep up the good work.
