Our friends, Misty and Tim, invited the tribe* over last Friday night for some pasta and libations since Tim's best friend, Don, was in from LA. I was not sure what to expect since no one in our tribe has children and now both Misty and myself have lil ones.How would our non-baby friends react to the infants at this social gathering? Well, it was a warm reception and everyone including the boys lined up to have their turn holding babes. Check out the videos as well.
We were only going to stay a couple hours but didn't end up leaving until almost midnite.
*tribe - name given to the close knit group of ten or so friends Jenn and Derek have in DC.

OMG, she is the most precious baby. It's hard to get a feel for her personality in the pictures, but when you see her in the last photo of the slideshow and your interaction with her, you want to hug her and kiss her all over. She does look like a happy girl.
Thanks - she really is being a complete doll right now. It will be hard when I go back to work next week :(
