New food, new mess!

Teething biscuits.

In theory, these are a great idea.
They are tasty yet fard treats that babies enjoy nawing on.

But unlike milkbones or raw bones that puppies use, these biscuits come back to haunt parents in the form of a CSI-like traceable slobbery goo.

You can easily follow the path of where your baby has gone and what they have touched. And once they hit the floor (ie within several seconds after giving to baby), they are of no use since the soggy briskets pick up whatever it they come in contact with.

The latest one I found was squished in between the cushions of our glider and made a velcro-like noise when I peeled it off. Eeewwhh!

Has anyone found a good way to use these for more than a minute or two or should we just go and buy a few hundred boxes of them?

Look how blonde her hair is getting! How cute she is!

Yes, we tried the biter biscuits once and Alex's hair was covered in slobbery yucky stuff that I wasn't up for a bath every time he ate them. We are more of a puff, arrowroot cookie, animal cracker, nilla wafer type - although still a bit messy.
