On Monday and Tuesday of next week, I'll be attending the Fancy Foods show at the Javits Center in NYC. It's hosts over 2,300 companies from 70 countries featuring the latest in gourmet, specialty and organic ANYthing!In fact, I think there are even a few baby food exhibitors there. Who knew?
On Monday, I will be canvasing the show floor looking for prospective exhibitors for the 2010 Sweets & Snacks EXPO, but I am also curious to see what's new and exciting in food product categories beyond the confectionery and snacks segments I work in.
Meanwhile back at home, Daddy and daughter have another opportunity to share some face time together while Mommy is hard at work taste-testing in NYC (hee hee).
