I was in a co-workers office today when another co-worker came in to ask a "serious" work question she received earlier that day."Do the different colored layers of a candy corn have separate flavors?"
Seriously. That was the question. It made me laugh.
It also made me realize how lucky I am to work in such a fun industry - really, I could be stuck talking about widgets and TPS reports all day - but I'm not. I talk more about gummis and flavanols and candy trends and why confectionery is a part of any healthy lifestyle. Sweet stuff.
Today is a good day.
PS any guesses on the candy corn answer?
