A gift from the SouthWe may not live that far South, but it does not mean that we cannot indulge in a few southern traditions especially when it comes to dressing baby.
My good friend Karen hails from Alabama where babies up brought up in monogrammed bloomers and white cotton smocks. She's shown me pictures of her niece and nephew all deck out and I just fell in love with the sweet charm of their attire. Especially since it's a bit more casual and urban here in DC.
How delighted was I to learn that Karen got Greta monogrammed bloomers for her first birthday?!
Karen gave them to me yesterday and I just had to go home and try them out on Greta last night.
